八 | 　　位于国家会议中心二期的POLPARK北辰萃商业街区开启试营业，超8000平方米庭院式下沉空间引入WAGAS LAB全国首店、Béni北京首店、叫板比萨亚奥区域首店等。　　城市副中心方面，宋庄首开LONG街项目主体工程全部完成，整体招商率接近80%，近百家优质品牌确认入驻，其中包括12家北京首店、11家通州首店，涵盖宁里艺术酒店、金熊国际影城、漫阅集书店、加蜜脱口秀剧场等标杆业态。
